By Carcharodontosaurus: This is, as far as we know, the only 2-pack in the JP2009 line that wasn't released. It consists of a Spinosaurus, purple with yellow stripes, and a Velociraptor, greenish with blue stripes. The exact reason why it wasn't released is unknown, but it's noteworthy that another Spinosaurus vs. Velociraptor 2-pack did get a release in this line. It's possible that's the reason why this one is cancelled. The only difference between the two 2-packs is the paintjob of the hatchlings.

Points of interest

- A handful packaged samples are known to exist, with one having been sold on eBay.
- A few loose samples of both the Spinosaurus and the Velociraptor have sold on eBay. The Spinosaurus sold for $300 max., the Velociraptor for $200 max. Thus creating a combined All-time High of $500.
- A different JP2009 Spinosaurus vs. Velociraptor package was released.
