It looks like we can finally put to bed the mystery of who's getting the JP toy license for JP4. To nobody's surprise, it's Hasbro. Forum member 'Thetyrantlizard' came across this article regarding Elliot Lederman and Brainstorm Innovation Group who among many other things JP related, oversees the toy line:

"Mr. Lederman managed product development and growth of the Jurassic Park franchise including Hasbro's Jurassic Park toy line, resulting in more than $600 million in retail sales worldwide. Mr. Lederman also negotiated and signed a three-year renewal with Hasbro for the Jurassic Park franchise including the rights to a Jurassic Park 4 movie in development."
